Had an opportunity to taste recently budding Chef Rohan’ meal at a friend’s place. I must say it was delicious, well presented and had twist in the recipes. Good fusion cuisine and I look forward inviting you to cook for our family and friends soon. Meanwhile, wish you all the best and be safe. Cheers
Rohan made us a luxurious dinner of Spiced Lobster Roasted with Curry Oil in a Red Pepper and Cardamom Jus, Seared Filet Mignon with Korma Sauce, Cucumber Raita, and Pulao Rice, and for dessert – Vanilla and Cinnamon Panna Cotta with raspberries. Everything is delicious. He is very professional, focused on preparing each masterpiece and has very informative introductions when serving each dish. I hope he commercialises the Curry Oil so that I can buy it and have it as a staple in my fridge.

A young man with a passion and the skills to match. Great food and a nice touch to serve the food and explain what the dish is about and contains.
Excellent dining experience and supporting a good cause as well.
Rohan is a terrific chef. I attended a dinner party where he prepared an Italian meal and we really enjoyed it. His panna cotta is terrific.
We had the pleasure of having Chef Rohan come over to cook for a small dinner party last night. We had fantastic evening. It was very relaxing, just tell him what you want and he takes care of everything from shopping to serving.
Chef Rohan prepared a fabulous Italian meal – starting with bruschetta, followed by buffalo mozzarella, mushroom risotto with a hint of cinnamon, tomato ravioli with a tinge of spice and concluded with a fabulous panna cotta. Showing that he can not just cook but also plate and host!
We wholeheartedly recommend Chef Rohan. It’s inspiring to see a young man with such passion for cooking and purpose in giving back to society.
With dietary restrictions for a diabetic person and a vegetarian family of 5. we relished the tomato based Risotto which was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the beautifully plated raspberry panacotta. Keep Striving to greater heights. All the best Chef Ro:)
I thought that all the food was amazing. There was great detail and precision in each dish. The food was very tasteful and the plating was elegant. This is one the best Italian meals I have had.
Rohan’s cooking shows excellent attention He plans the menu and does meticulous prep ahead of time so that his guests have a seamless experience at the table. These skills should make him very successful in life no matter what career he chooses. And we had a very tasty dinner.
I like that Rohan was punctual and even brought his own frying pan. The butter glazed prawns were so delicious. Every dish was plated beautifully. My husband and I also appreciate all the time-consuming preparation that went into various elements in each dish. All these preparation work is not something we’ll spend our time on, so we’re extremely happy that Rohan has the patience, talent and can come cook for us on 30 Oct 19. Will definitely engage Rohan again so that we can try the other dishes!

A Very Passionate, talented , inspiring Young Chef. Highly creative in his work and his food is a treat to the stomach and the eye . Good Job , keep it Going
Good food, good friends, an afternoon to remember. Thank you Rohan for the delicious lunch that was a feast to the eyes as well as the palate. The plating was so good it seemed a shame to disturb it but once I started eating I just could not stop.
The ravioli was awesome even more so since you had made it from scratch. I have never eaten ravioli of such lovely texture & flavour.
It is really amazing to see such talent in someone so young. God bless you. Hope to have more & more of your yummy food.
Rohan’s passion for food is obvious if you are fortunate to eat his food. The attention to plating, portion size, timing of serving courses is wonderful. The food itself is so delicious the butter glazed shrimp is a great teaser for the entree to follow, the ravioli in particular melts in ones mouth and the white chocolate mouse is a perfects pears with the delectable white chocolate mouse
For a young man his age, Rohan’s zeal and expertise in food is obvious. Cant wait to go back to Singapore for another 4 course dinner!
I was so impressed with Rohan’s skills and the lunch he prepared for us was both a visual and gastronomic treat. I loved the seared shrimp which were delicately flavoured and acompanied by perfectly cooked mushrooms and peas. I fell in love with the ravioli which were absolutely delicious. The risotto with its slivers of apple and carrot gave a tangy crunch and took it to another level. Dessert was my favourite. The flavours complemented each other beautifully, the poached pear with the white chocolate mousse and candied pineapple were sublime. What took these to a chef level was the exquisite plating. I think if Rohan can be a great chef if he puts his mind to it. Looking forward to another great meal. Keep cooking, Rohan.
Young and extremely talented chef! A myriad of flavours yet pleasing to the palate. Highly recommended! Makes you crave for more when dinner ends… 🙂
Me and my husband were pleasantly surprised by Rohan’s fine culinary skills at such a young age!! Honestly it was as much a treat for the eyes as it was for the mouth. We opted for the Western Menu and our 3 course meal was near perfection. The Butter Glazed Prawns were beautifully flavoured along with the Mint Peas that added that extra zing to the dish. Next up was our Beef Steak which was cooked perfectly to a tender bite. But the best part of the dinner was THE DESSERT. White Chocolate mousse went great with the roasted pistachio crumble and the passion fruit with surprise burst of the tangy lemon curd. We couldn’t have been more happier with our Dinner on Wednesday 11 Sep 2019 in Singapore. Definitely a thumbs up to this budding chef! Thanks again Rohan for the lovely evening.
I had a chance to experience a few dishes prepared by Chef Rohan on 1 Aug 2019
1. baked yogurt – first time tasted this style of baking desert. blended well with the mint. 2. seafood platter – fresh scallops and prawn were just nicely grazed and to taste. this is not an easy to manage dish, it was not overly cooked and that was very good. 3. goat ribs – i like this dish pairing with red wine sauce. complement with rosemary leaves, that will be very nice.
Very nice to see a young man pursuing cooking with passion. Like any other skills, it’s a journey of learning from others, experimenting, discovery and lots of practice.
Very impressive style, elegant and minimalistic. Gives an impression of a well researched fine dining experience. Well done Rohan!
Amazing presentations (iron chef-caliber) and I’m sure from the pictures it looks so yummy.
Rohan prepared a wonderful restaurant standard 5 course meal on 1 August 19. I can’t believe that he is experimenting because the dishes are done just right with the right flavouring. My best regards to him. He has a bright future. Cheers
A nice kid with a great attitude & commitment. Good Luck & God Speed!
